Chocolate Strawberry Protein Shake
This shake is super simple and incredibly delicious, and can easily be modified to fit your dietary restrictions. The only thing you vegans may want to adjust is the protein powder as mine contains milk and soy.
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 handful of adult spinach leaves
1/2 cup of plain almond milk
7 frozen strawberries
Blend until the consistency is super smooth. Sometimes I like to sprinkle with granola to feel like I'm eating an acai bowl at the same time. And that's it! Super simple, easy to take on the go, and super good for recovering from an intense workout.
