Vegans should never forget to take this supplement

Have you been thinking about going vegan but are afraid you'll be missing out on essential nutrients your body needs to function? I have been there. When I first went vegan I did tons of research on supplements for vegans, what you need, what you don't need, and I landed on one truth: our bodies are pretty darn resilient. You don't need to be taking a million pills every morning, evening, and night to be a healthy and nutritious vegan. In fact you will probably be getting more vitamins and minerals than ever before if you are getting more plant based foods into your diet. 

However I did find that there is one vitamin we need that pretty much only comes from animal bi-products, and that is vitamin b-12. 

B-12 is essential for normal energy levels, our cardiovascular system, and our nervous system. All these things are SUPER important for a fit vegan, so I made sure to buy some b-12 right away.  I just put a drop of the stuff under my tongue every morning and I think it actually makes a difference. On days when j don't take it I feel so lethargic by mid afternoon, and I slack in my workouts. It could be a placebo effect but I really think this little dropper is making a huge difference in my life!
