My Week of Workouts (6/13)

This week was the first week of Lauren Gleisberg's Total Body Transformation, and I have to say so far I'm loving it!  I wanted it to be a guide for me to start lifting heavier and give me new ideas for how to target certain muscle groups, and so far that's exactly what it's doing.  It's also been 6 days since leg day and my butt is STILL sore.  So that's good I think....

Can't wait to see what next week has in store!
